Hon. Timothy Gandu
He is the Proprietor of the College. His area of specialization include but not limited to Political Science , Public Administration and Education. A onetime lecturer at the prestigious Ahmadu Bello University, Kaduna Department of Political Science after which he took up service at National Research Institute For Chemical Technology, Zaria and thederal Ministry of Agricuture before moving to thedefunct Broad Bank where he rose to the rank of Assistant General Manager. He resigned his appointment with Broad Bank to take full responsibility of the school in 2002.
An erudite educationist, a seasoned politician and Administrator, Honorable Timothy B. Gandu has been called to serve his state on numerous occasions. He was appointed Senior Special Assistant to Vice President Namadi Sambo when he was Governor of Kaduna State 2007 to 2010, Member of the KADA 2009 planning Committee (Marketing Sub-committee). In 2010, he was appointed Principal Private Secretary to Late Governor Ibrahm Yakowa of Kaduna State and subsequently appointed as Commissioner of Economic Planning in 2011 and in June 2013 he was appointed Honarable Commissioner Commerce and Industry by the Current Govenor of Kaduna State Governor Murktar Yero
Most notable of his character is his drive for maintaining quality and standard a disposition that has sustained him all his endeavors. His passion for education compelled him to get a postgraduate degree in education twenty years after his Masters degree in Public Administration. He is a philanthropist and motivational speaker.
Deputy College Administrator
Mr. James Gandu
Mr James B. Gandu is currently the Deputy College Administrator of the prestigious College, Joy International College, Kaduna. He is a committed and a hard working leader. thus, his vast experience in Public Administration and Financial Management has in no doubt earned him great respect and positions in and outside the College. A visionary leader driven and guide by delineated Christians principles.
His effectiveness and efficiency know no bounds in trigging the success of the College. The open secret of his dynamic leadership style is deeply rooted in the desire for creating positive change that would foster harmonization and productivity.
College Principal
Mr. Bukola Alabi (animn, arpa)
He joined the school in 2003 as Vice Principal Academic and Chemistry Teacher and in 2005 he was elevated to College Vice Principal. In 2008 he was appointed the College Principal.
He Specializes in Science Education, Educational Management and Marketing with intrest in Integrated Marketing Communications. Mr. Bukola Alabi is a member of many professional bodies including National Institute of Marketing of Nigeria (NIMN-Chartered), Advertising Practitioners Council of Nigeria (APCON), National Institute of Public Relations, Association of Christian Principals to mention a few. He has over 12 years experience in Education, Management, Integrated Marketing Communications and School Marketing.
